Stan je smješten u samom središtu grada, iza ugla od Hotela Westin. U neposrednoj blizini stana nalazi se botanički vrt.
PODRUČJE
Stan je smješten u centru grada, samo par minuta od Hotela Westin. Tek tri stanice tramvajem do središnjeg zagrebačkog trga, Trga bana Jelačića, ili petnaestak minuta ugodne šetnje središtem grada.
Nedaleko od stana nalazi se Glavni zagrebački željeznički kolodvor i veliki trgovački centar Importanne, s brojnim trgovinama i kafićima.
Ljubitelji prirode uživati će u šetnji zagrebačkim Botaničkim vrtom, u kojem mogu vidjeti više od 10.000 različitih vrsta biljaka, i koji je u neposrednoj blizini stana.
Ukoliko volite balet, operu ili kazališne predstave, biti će Vam drago što Vas samo par minuta hoda vodi do Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta. U blizini stana, tek nekoliko minuta pjesice, nalazi se i naš stan Light.
STAN
Iako smješten u prometnoj ulici, stan se nalazi u dvorišnoj zgradi koja pruža mir i tišinu koji su Vam potrebni.
Stan se sastoji od dnevne sobe s prostorom za jedenje sve skupa spojeno s malom, ali funkcionalnom kuhinjom, dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice s kadom i toaletom, a u jednoj od soba je smješten radni stol.
Opremljen je različitim aparatima kao kablovska TV, mikrovalna pećnica, perilica rublja, telefon, itd. Stan je posebno prikladan za četvero (jedan bračni i dva pojedinačna kreveta).
