Mesnička is in the very center of safe and lively Zagreb, only 5 minutes away from the main city square- Jelačić square, linking Lower with Uppper town. With all of the must-see top sights in walking distance , there is also a good choice of restaurants offering tradidtional Zagreb food within a very short distance of the apartment.

THE APARTMENT
The newly renovated apartment with elegant and spacious high ceiling rooms is located on the ground  floor. It consists of an entrance hall; a bathroom with toilet and shower in separate enclosures; completely equipped kitchen with a large dining table;  a living room with a comfortable sofa bed; and a bedroom with a double bed.

100 meters from bus stop and just 4 sops from tram that can take you in few minutes to the center of Zagreb. 10 minutes by car to the center of Zagreb.

THE APARTMENT
Bamboo is situated on the third floor and it has it’s own garage parking place.
Apartment has one bedroom, kitchen with all neccesary equipment, dining area that that can easily be used as a working space, a living room and bedroom and a bathroom with a tub.

The apartment is modern and equipped ideally for two couples or an entire family.

Kitchen has refrigerator, stow, microwave oven,  dishwasher, water cooker, toaster – and will give you the opportunity to prepare a rich meal for your family or friends.

Living room has LCD TV, DVD, and IPTV digital programs (more than 100  radio and TV stations)

This apartment is in the wider centre of town, near Ilica street, Zagreb’s longest street that starts at the main square (Trg bana Jelačića). Though embeded in the older part of town, this whole block of buildings is not more than 2-3 years old.

It is located several tram stops (4 to be exact) from the main Zagreb square, and about 30 minutes of walk. We have one more apartment situated in the vicinity of this one, and it is apartment Ray.

The apartment might leave you speachless. It is new and furnished with new and modern pieces of furniture and equipment, alltogether in a recently built residential building. The living room is connected to the kitchen, joined by a very nice bar that you can use if you want to entrtain your guests, or simply to have breakfast on in the morning. The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher.

The living room has a balcony, and from it you enter a separate bedroom with a double bed. The nicely decorated blue style bathroom has a tub and a toilette, and is equipped with a washing machine.
Newly furished, it will satisfy even the most demanding. Apart from the regular appliances, the apartment also has a DVD player, CD and radio unit.

This apartment is ideal for 1 person or a couple. The smaller but functional kitchen provides all one might need to prepare a nice meal or treat his friends. An interesting bar, or higher table separates the living room from the kitchen and provides a cute place to eat or serve your guests.

The apartment has a living room with a kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bathroom with a bath and toilette. The living room also as a workdesk, and the apartment has a telephone and ADSL high speed Internet which will satisfy the needs of a working person.

The apartment is modern and equipped ideally for two couples or an entire family. It is nicely furnished with the kitchen, dining area and living room in the same space, which makes an ideal place for spending a majority of your time.

The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD and mini stereo system. The kitchen is well equipped (stove, dishwasher, water cooker, microwave and refridgerator) and will give you the opportunity to prepare a rich meal for your family or friends.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and built in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine and toalet.

Not far from the apartment is the Main Railway Station and a big shopping centre, Importanne Centre, with numerous shops and cafes.

Nature lovers will enjoy a walk through the Zagreb Botanical Gardens, in which they can see over 10,000 different kinds of plants and which is located just down the street from the apartment.
If you love the balet, opera or drama you will be pleased to know that only the Croatian National Theatre is only around the corner. We have another apartment situated in the vicinity of this apartment, and that is Light.

Though in a busy street, the apartment overlooks the courtyard which provides it with all the peace and quiet you might want.

The apartment consists of a living room with dining area alltogether connected with a small but handy kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and toilette and one of the rooms has a workdesk.

It is equipped with various utilities like Cable TV, microwave oven, washing machine, telephone etc. It is especially practical for a group of four as it has one double bed and two single beds.

Our prices are lower than similar hotel accommodation. We have a range of prices depending on the size of the apartment and its location.

Prices are stated for each apartment per day.

The apartment’s rent includes:

• Using the Internet and all other equipment as described per apartment.
• Tourist fee and VAT Cleaning prior and after your stay in the apartment and one weekly cleaning for longer stays. (We can provide daily cleaning, by your request, but that service is extra charged.)
• All utility costs except the phone (electricity, water, gas, parking – if one exists within the building).

The apartment’s rent does not include:

• Extra charged services, stated under additional services on our website

Discounts

We provide special discounts for longer stays:

• 11 nights and more: -5%
• 21 nights and more:- 10%
• 31 nights and more: -20%
• 51 nights and more: -25%

The minimum renting period is one day.

After you select the apartment, period, and extra services, on our website you will get a pro-invoice with the amount for the rent and services you selected. If you wish to modify the booking choose another date in calendar, choose amount and type of additional services and repeat process.

If you are satisfied with the choices you made, click the button continue to checkout. You may access online reservations, i.e. online booking.

Reservation / Booking (online reservation) – only for bank transfer payments

The apartment you selected will be available for 48 hours.

If you are satisfied with your choice and the amount of the rent, fill-in the field in YOUR INFORMATION form and click the button PAY (if paying by credit card) or Book on Request (if you choose to pay by direct payment to our bank account)

This means that you have made the online booking for your apartment. The booking confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered.

Veribo Koncept d.o.o. will preserve your reservation for 48 hours in which you are supposed to make the advance payment. The amount may be paid in total or partially (advanced deposit *) and you should send us the payment receipt to make sure that you apartment is booked for the desired period.

After we receive the payment receipt, we will send you detailed confirmation of your booking information.

Deposit payment* – if you want to rent the apartment for more than 7 days, you will be given the option to pay the rent in the amount of 3 days partially in advance, and should the reservation be cancelled, the rent will be refunded according to the terms of cancellation.

Online booking only for online credit cards (Master, Visa, American and DIners) payments

If you pay by a credit card, the selected apartment is booked immediately on your behalf.

When you check and confirm the pro-invoice, fill-in the field in YOUR INFORMATION form and click the button PAY (for paying by credit cards).

By this step you will make a total payment for the period and the apartment you selected, and a booking confirmation message will appear on the screen, and also be sent to your email address.

The rent for the selected apartment may also be partially paid (deposit payment*). After you complete the fields in YOUR INFORMATION form, choose button Book on Request, and we will send you pro-invoice and instructions by mail.

Deposit payment* – if you want to rent the apartment for more than 7 days, you will be given the option to pay the rent in the amount of 3 days partially in advance, and should the reservation be cancelled, the rent will be refunded according to the terms of cancellation.

Payment of the remaining part of the rent

The rest of the rent you may pay via SWIFT, bank’s payment order, Master, Visa and American Express credit cards, or in cash or by credit cards after your arrival.

Payment of the additional services and telephone costs

All additional service will be determined during the key handover on your departure, and you will be given an invoice for those services. The payment may be done in cash or by credit cards, online or directly when handing over our apartment.

Approval for credit card charge and the agreement

Upon your arrival you will be given a STATEMENT ON CREDIT CARD DEBIT to sign by which you allow Veribo Koncept d.o.o. to charge you Master or Visa card for the amount of all subsequent expenses (phone costs, additional cleaning, additional services and damages to the apartment or equipment).

Veribo Koncept d.o.o. Lončareva 1, Zagreb, Hrvatska thereby confirms and declares to use the provided information about the credit card only for the purposes stated herein.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
